now i can ditch the gauze, and i can breath easily plus no more headache
my advice is, if you have sinus problem don't every think that it's a minor thing and that things will eventually get better. go and seek medical advice, especially kalau ada medical insurance. what's the point of having one right? hehe

well.. i have sinus problem too. but I am following detox program,, so far the sinus went down already..

there's no particular meds, tp to stop the flu i took clarinase. But then the headache was toooo much i just couldn't stand it and went to see the specialist, the moment he suggested the surgery i terus kata okay. anything to stop the pain. thank God, now i feel a lot better and i also stopped drinking coffee so no more headache.. :)
