recently when i was at home, i often call for deliveries. pizza a, pizza b, mc donalds, nando's and what nots. so i called this pizza a for delivery, and it took me two hours to get my pizza after 3 calls asking where it is. after the third call, the delivery called and asked me to walk to the guard house to collect my pizza, because it's to hassle for him to write his name and register as a visitor. if i can walk there, why should i bother calling for delivery kan. i don't know, maybe if he didn't use the word 'leceh' and took 2hours to deliver the pizza, i won't be so mad. so after half an hour, he turned up with the pizza without saying sorry at all. no sorry at all.
another day, with my family, we called another pizza (b). they took our orders and convinced us that the pizza will reach our place within half an hour. and they did! our pizzas reached us slightly after 30minutes with some gifts. coupons for next purchase and another coupon for free pizza, because they were late. they delivery boy said sorry for being late before handing us our food. shouldn't that be the way?
i wrote to the pizza company, and received no reply.

Some pizza companies give it to you for free if they're late in some countries. Once we ordered Pizza Hut; they were only an hour late but my mother complained and the next day they called us and said they're delivering the same order again for free. That was cool. I guess you've got to fight for it :p
