adab bershopping online

i'm an avid online shopper. i used to buy my clothes (before i found out how cheap they are at the night market), accessories, craft supplies and other things from blog shops.

in real world, real shops, we meet the salesperson. sometimes, the salesperson is the owner too right? okay takda kaitan. but then, in real world we demand to be treated as a king or queen and we are always right. customers are always right. we always believe in that.

but then, what about blog shops? when we like something, we have no other choice but to either send an e-mail, facebook messages, sms as the seller normally refuse to take calls. of course, we have to respect people's privacy. so when a i e-mail a seller, i expect the same, equal treatment i got from the real-world shop. a good, friendly treatment. c'mon you're selling your stuff and you want people to buy. please don't send a cold reply as if we're robbing or asking it for free. 

in my case, i recently sent an e-mail requesting to buy something from someone. i asked politely, and her/his reply was "ada, rm90."

then i asked him/her a few questions, and the replies was  either yes, no, or hmm.

then i said okay i would like to buy the item

he/she reply "rm90"

i replied asking is there any shipment fee or something? and had to ask for the account number

he/she replied "inclusive, ************"

i mean hello?? why are you so cold towards your customer? imagine if we go to a shop, and the salesperson treated us that way? i'm so sure that we won't buy at all. we pay okay, we're not stealing.

i didn't buy from that shop. luckily i found a better blog selling better stuffs with better price. and the owner is a lot lot nicer too. please la ingat, your shop is not the only shop in the world selling that item.

If the seller not replying me politely when I send an inquiry, I will totally lost my shopping mood lor~ :P

macam nak pretend busy kot that fella...if we're not serious buyers, we won't ask, right? As customers, online or not, we still have the right to shop around, and we ask many questions because perhaps they don't make it clear in their blogshop, kan?

ajjah,memang ada blog shop yang camtu.tapi kita as customer ada hak kat mana kita nak beli.dah layan pun suam-suam kuku,lupakan je...customer is always right :DD

blogshop owner should be nice towards their custs since the competition among blogshops are very high. but if they don't, well you still have many other nice, warm, friendly blogshop aite? :)

"Jangan berani2 nak right click.Aku sepak kang"

"Make sure anda akan bayar, or else i'll block u from this site"

I was like, helllooooo.ko ingat semua orang cmtu ke??Nak copy kandungan website ko sesuka hati, Then order tapi tak bayar?huhu

End up, aku memang tak beli la kan.

uhh...i experienced a lot la dgn blogshop owner like this...i rase maybe dorang nih ingat their stuff is the only one dlam dunia ni..that's y dorang act mcm ni kan??like sombong..bcuz they know,mesti ade org yang akan beli their stuff...

but yeah..i think dorang2 ni tang act like this patutu remember hak kite as a customer..w/o customer tak gerak jugak kan..sekali semua org boikot online blogshop ni.baru dorang tau..ahhahaha
