i'll be warded at kpj selangor today for a ct scan and a surgery tomorrow, so yesterday i was there to meet my doctor and to settle the pre-admission stuff. you see, pre-admission tu gunanya untuk memudahkan patient so that on the day itself when the patient needs to be warded, the patient won't have to wait forever for the hospital to settle with the insurance company.
i'm not sure if that's a normal practice at hospitals, but i know at demc this won't happen. the officer made me running around, to admission unit, back to the specialist clinic, back to gl verification unit to get the form, which no one knows or sure of. pegi admission, suruh pegi gl verification, pegi sana the lady went angry because i didn't bring the form, when i asked what form she said the assistant at the clinic should know and told me to get it from her, i went to the assistant and she got no idea of which form to fill up. and this lady kept on telling me to do it fast so they can settle everything by yesterday.
but then, after chasing and sending me here and there, until now they still haven't submit anything to my insurance company.
i am so effing mad and i am so going to report this. if it's up to me, i will just do it at demc, tapinyaaa kpj tu ielah hospital panel. gila tertekan.

Sis, i belum sempat ke office lagi nak ambik buku tu.. Hopefully it's at my place (amin amin amin).. Will go there to submit my m.c and collect the book too sometime nx week.. Boleh la buat baca sementara mc ni
